No matter where we end up in life, we periodically need to reset. To reset means to consider where we are overall, and make some sort of change or adjustment. Resets can come in many different forms. Taylor Short founded Harmonious Return and wrote a book titled Reset Your Relationship to Your Job to help facilitate these necessary life transformations. In this episode, Taylor and I discuss the different ways people go about re-evaluating their lives when changes become necessary, burnout and the need to slow down from time to time, as well as the importance of getting into nature.
